South Farm is situated in Southwest Cambridgeshire, about 12 miles West of Cambridge and 6 miles North of Royston. It is in the hamlet of Shingay, part of the village of Shingay-cum-Wendy.

From the North
Join the A1198 (Huntingdon to Royston, exit the A14 at Huntingdon) heading South. Cross straight over the roundabout junction with the A603 (east to Cambridge) and the B1042 (west to Sandy). 400 hundred yards South of the roundabout turn right off the A1198 at the signpost to Shingay-cum-Wendy. After two miles turn left at the first turn, signed to Abington Piggots. South Farm is half a mile further on, on the right just after a sharp double bend.
From the East
Join the A603 heading west from Cambridge (junction 12 on the M11) At the roundabout junction with the A1198 turn left towards Royston on the A1198. 400 hundred yards south of the roundabout turn right off the A1198 at the signpost to Shingay-cum- Wendy. After two miles turn left at the first turn, signed to Abington Piggots. South Farm is half a mile further on, on the right just after a sharp double bend.
From the West
Join the B1042 heading East from Sandy (junction with the A1) to the roundabout at the junction with the A1198 and the A603. At the roundabout turn right on to the A1198 towards Royston. 400 hundred yards South of roundabout turn right off the1198 at the signpost to Shingay-cum-Wendy. After two miles turn left at the first turn, signed to Abington Piggots. South Farm is half a mile further on, on the right just after a sharp double bend.
From the South
Go to Royston, either via the A505 from the East (junction 10, M11), or the A10, or the A505 from the West (junction 9, A1M). Take the A1198 North from junction with the A505 towards Huntingdon. 5 miles North of Royston (and 400 yards before the junction with the A603), turn left at the signpost to Shingay-cum-Wendy. After two miles turn left at the first turn, signed to Abington Piggots. South Farm is half a mile further on, on the right just after a sharp double bend.
