Lynda is a very experienced cook having trained at the Cordon Bleu School in London in the 1960's. She is the Pastry chef at South Farm & makes the desserts for the weddings & functions here. She also makes cupcakes & croquembouche for weddings & hopes next year to make & decorate wedding cakes after attending cake decorating classes.
