Wedding Packages Include:

- Street Food (American Diner, Kebab Bar or Noodle Bar) in evening

Price
- £125 per person for each extra all day guest
- £45 per person for each extra child all day guest
- £25 per person for each extra evening guest (evening guests cannot exceed your number of day guests)
Additional Extras (ie. Upgrading of Drinks & Canapes) will be charged at our standard rate
- Canapes at £2.64 (inc. VAT) per canape
- Upgrading of your reception drinks or wine / adding additional on top of allowance

Time table for day
- 10.00 AM Access to public rooms for setting up
- 12 Noon Access to Coach House Suite, B&B and camping check in
- 3.00 PM Civil Ceremony in the Summer House* or Old Dairy
- 3.30 PM Photos and Drinks reception in the Garden or Old Dairy
- 5.00 PM Guests move to Tudor Barn
- 5.15 PM Wedding Breakfast in Tudor Barn
- 7.15 PM Speeches
- 7.45 PM Coffee served in the Old Dairy. Barn turned round and Band/DJ to setup
- 8.00 PM Extra Evening guests to arrive
- 8.30 PM Bar opens in Tudor Barn & Evening dance begins
- 9.00 PM Evening food and wedding cake served
Midnight Finish
*Summer House Ceremonies are weather dependent and are at the discretion of the Registrars on the day
Terms
- Booking Payment non-refundable on booking £1,500
- 50% of the Package Balance is due four months prior
- Final balance & any additions to be settled one month prior
Conditions
- Set table plan (6x round tables with an oval top table)
- Single choice menu option per course but all dietaries catered for (ie. vegetarians, vegans, gluten free etc.)
- Any children included in numbers and can eat from Children’s Menu if preferred
- It is your responsibility to book the Registrar for the ceremony (Cambridgeshire Registrars)
- The number of your evening guests can be up to double your day guests as a maximum
- A menu tasting will not be offered as part of the package
- Other onsite accommodation can be used overnight, on the night of the wedding, and will be charged at standard rates (including Fen Bridge Farm accommodation)
- This package is available for up to 100 day guests, for more than 100 guests please contact us to discuss.
