Spring has officially arrived, and our gardens are bursting with vibrant blooms, thanks to a mix of sunshine and a little rain! Our stunning outdoor spaces are the perfect setting for couples and their guests to soak up the beauty of the season, enjoy drinks in the gardens, and capture picture-perfect wedding moments. It’s truly a magical time of year to say “I do”!

This month, we’ve welcomed back our gorgeous Cherry and Almond blossoms, along with a burst of colourful Spring bulbs. Over the next few weeks, the Wisteria outside the Old Dairy and along the walkway will begin to bloom, creating yet another dreamy backdrop for our newlyweds. Meanwhile, our enchanting daffodils and crocuses are carpeting the ground beneath the old Horse Chestnut tree in front of our charming Farmhouse. With vibrant Spring colours popping up everywhere, we’re more than ready to host the most beautiful Spring weddings!
Down on the farm our homegrown produce is thriving in the poly tunnels. Our lovely Garden Team pick our homegrown fruit, vegetables and herbs daily and deliver them to our kitchen for use in our delicious seasonal wedding menus. From juicy heritage tomatoes and crisp cucumbers to fragrant herbs and pretty edible flowers used for garnishing – our dedicated team are working hard to ensure a bountiful harvest this year supporting our sustainability and eco friendly initiatives on the farm.
Our talented Garden Team have also been hard at work designing and creating the most charming babbling brook in our formal gardens! Not only will this beautiful feature serve as a stunning backdrop for your wedding photos, but it will also provide a refreshing water source for our local wildlife. We’re so excited to watch it flourish over the coming months and become a magical addition to our gardens!

Also, we’re thrilled to introduce the latest addition to our Courtyard – a stunning bespoke firepit! Over the past month, some of our luxurious guest bedrooms and Coach House Suite have also received a lovely refresh, and we’re sure your wedding guests will appreciate the thoughtful upgrades. These small improvements are designed to enhance their experience and make their stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. We can’t wait for you to see the new touches!
Last but certainly not least, we’re excited to introduce the newest members of our farmyard – six adorable little piglets! Mum Phoebie is doing an amazing job as a first-time mum, and the piglets are keeping her on her toes as they explore the farmyard. Sophie and her team are giving them plenty of TLC and checking in daily for lots of cuddles. These little cuties are sure to add an extra dose of charm to your wedding day!
