AT YOUR WISH CAKES SUSTAINABILITY PLEDGE

Local or fair trade ingredients in recyclable packaging, paper boards and boxes, paper cake pop sticks and recycled compostable favour bags; efficient use of fuel during baking and minimising waste – just a few things I do to make your wedding cake as sustainable as possible.

You can choose naturally made toppers, fresh or edible flowers including sugar and avoid plastics for decoration.

Lets avoid waste – Consumption is one of the 4Cs of sustainability so offer cake to guests to take home.

No cake is too small so getting the right amount for your wedding is important too.

Your wedding cake should be as delicious as it is stunning and I would love to create a cake for you that compliments your special day in style and taste.

You will be invited to a personal tasting and consultation to discuss your ideas and requirements and I will sketch a design to help you visualise you wedding cake. All baked goods are made to order using the finest ingredients and there is an extensive range of flavours, including rich chocolate, chocolate orange, zingy lemon and red velvet, layered together with chocolate ganache, homemade preserves and Swiss meringue buttercream.

Special dietary and allergy requirements can be catered for including gluten-free, lactose-free and dairy-free.  If you would like cupcakes, cookies or macarons these can be themed or personalised for you and your guests. Consultations, delivery to and set-up at South Farm are complimentary.
