Disposables
We all know that disposable applicators are non-negotiable to ensuring the utmost in hygiene when are doing our brides makeup, however this does contribute to the world’s plastic (problems) therefore we try to use bamboo lipstick brushes, spoolies and make up budds, ensuring we tick the hygiene box but meaning they can be recycled. 
 
Travel
As a sister duo who also works with a larger pool of artists on bigger weddings, we will always try to ensure we source our artists closest to venues including South Farm to ensure travel is kept to a minimum and where possible artists will travel together reducing our carbon footprint where we can. 
 
Products
We have a range of products in our kit, but our go to is a brand called Maria Nila who is 100% vegan, sulfate and paraben-free, they also have a charity project called ‘Be Friendly’ which focuses on creating a positive change for animals, people and the planet.  
 
Hair Extension Hire
Hair extensions seem to be becoming more and more important to achieving that perfect bridal style. But for some of our brides, the need for hair extensions after a wedding is just not required, therefore to reduce waste, support our brides to achieve their bridal vision and reduce costs, we will be implementing a hair extension hire service in the very near future (August 2025) . Our hair extensions of choice are ‘ClipHair’ who also have a focus on supporting the planet, all their hair extensions are ethically sourced using the purest human hair, which is voluntarily donated. They also focus on ensuring adherence to strict and fair ethical principles within their manufacturing of their hair extensions.  
 
We appreciate there is always more we can be doing to support sustainability and we will continue to review this.
