We just wanted to send an email to thank you for making Friday the best day of our lives.
From the first ever meeting we had with Michelle, we knew that this venue was something special, and that this was where we wanted to get married.
Following on from that first meeting, the support we have had from Erica at our planning meeting, Emily for the administration (and helping me sort out the favours!) and an extra huge thank you to Helen for being the most amazing coordinator. She was so professional, yet warm and friendly – she made sure everything ran smoothly and kept us in check when we were running behind schedule which was hugely appreciated, as I seemed to lose all concept of time on the day!
The hospitality team did an amazing job in turning the rooms around so quickly, you run a very tight ship! The chefs food was incredible, and it was a pleasure to thank them personally the next morning. The grounds looked amazing, the gardeners and team that care for the animals are unsung heroes, as we wouldn’t have such beautiful photos without their hard work. All of our guests said that the waiters and waitresses were so helpful and prompt, and I have had so many messages saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The breakfast in the morning was very appreciated after a few drinks the day before, and I am grateful to have received some extra hash browns, and an extra sausage for Matt (although perhaps that was meant to be a secret!)
We’re completely aware that wedding season in 2022 has been manic for the industry, just looking at the calendar I can see how booked up you are, and I am in awe of the team’s energy and dedication – I’m not sure how you do it! You have probably lost count of how many weddings you have seen, but you still made us feel so special and unique, and we are so appreciative.
South Farm will always hold a special place in our heart, and we will be recommending you to all of our friends and family.
