Back by popular demand!! We were thrilled to host our second Brides & Grooms Revisited fundraising evening on Saturday 18th January – giving our couples who had previously got married at South Farm the opportunity to come back and dine with us while raising money for the Petals – The Baby Loss Counselling Charity
Over 80 guests joined us for an evening of dining, music and dancing. Couples were invited to ‘dare to wear’ their wedding outfits on the evening! All our guests had a wonderful time, with arrival drinks in the Old Diary followed by a delicious three course dinner served in The Tudor Barn and accompanied by live acoustic guitar music by David Foster. After dinner our guests partied the night away to the sounds of DJ Gary from Titan Roadshow in The Horse Barn.
An amazing team of some of our favourite suppliers gave up their time and services for free on the evening to support this wonderful charity. Lee Smith Magic welcomed and entertained our guests through the evening with his awesome magic tricks. Noeleen from The Basement Florist and Alice from Fleur de Lace made the Tudor Barn look super pretty with beautiful flowers and table styling and decoration. Katy at Olive & Millicent supplied gorgeous stationary for the evening and our guests enjoyed a fantastic photo booth from Waterfall Wedding Decor. The brilliant Tom Halliday was also with us on the evening taking pictures of all our lovely guests having a fabulous time.
We are over the moon to have raised a fabulous total of over £2200 for Petals who provide specialised counselling for parents suffering trauma or loss through pregnancy or birth.
A very big thank you to everyone who joined us for the evening and helped us raise such a fantastic total for this wonderful charity.
