From Field to Fork. Home-grown, hand-picked produce from our organic small-holding used in our mouth-watering wedding menus – all freshly cooked and expertly served. We’re so proud of our food. Our organic small holding supplies nearly all the fruit, vegetables and herbs featured on our wide range of seasonal menus. Take your pick from a traditional three course meal or a delicious buffet-style hog roast or fusion feast. Our diverse menus include fully vegan and vegetarian menus and we can cater for a range of diverse menus including Halal, Kosher Friendly and Masorti Supervised.

We take a flexible approach to meal planning too – an exquisite formal three course feast served to your table or one of our generous buffet menus offering your guests a choice on the day. Choose from a hot-buffet, lamb roast, hog roast, fusion feast or classic BBQ. Our organic smallholding supplies nearly all our vegetables, herbs, fruit, eggs and some of our pork whatever the season. We grow literally hundreds of vegetable varieties, and what isn’t cooked fresh from the garden is preserved for sauces, compotes and cordials. It’s the key to our fresh, seasonal and organic wedding food and you’ll really taste the difference! We welcome you to South Farm to visit our Hertfordshire wedding venue and see for yourself exactly where our home-grown produce comes from.

Tasting is beliveing

Our Menu Tasting evenings are complimentary for all couples booking on a bespoke basis. It’s a great opportunity to see, taste and rate over 40 of our signature dishes and sample some of our wines too. We welcome visits to our five star rated kitchen and you can meet our chefs and chat with our team about our menus. Watch our video for a little taste of what the evenings hold. Take your pick

Take your pick! Maybe a delicious finger buffet, one of our Street Food Options: a Kebab Bar, Noodle Bar or American Diner…or Hog Roast Rolls for something a little different.  Prefer a lighter option? No problem, choose from freshly filled Crusty Baguettes, Antipasti or a Cheese Board.  All can be served with your Wedding Cake if you wish.

Wedding Drinks

Raise a toast!

Eat, drink and be merry!  Our drinks policy is flexible too. Choose from our well selected wine list or bring your own on a corkage basis and let our well stocked, reasonably priced bar do the rest. Enjoy Pimms, Bucks Fizz or our own home made Elderlinis. If you prefer beer, delicious mulled wine or cider no problem. There’s so much choice!
