We reserve the right to refuse to accept any forward booking at any time at our sole discretion.
We do not accept bookings from, or enter into Agreements with third party representatives.
All events must be pre-booked.
All bookings are subject to the completion of an Agreement and we reserve the right not to enter into a contract with potential clients if:
Proof of current address cannot be provided
Proof of address for the last five years cannot be provided
We are not granted permission to carry out a credit check
Credit rating is not satisfactory
All guests and visitors are expected to comply with any reasonable requests from South Farm Management and to comply with any Health & Safety requirements. Abusive guests will not be tolerated and shall be asked to leave.
