Terms and conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse to accept any forward booking at any time at our sole discretion.
- We do not accept bookings from, or enter into Agreements with third party representatives.
- All events must be pre-booked.
- All bookings are subject to the completion of an Agreement and we reserve the right not to enter into a contract with potential clients if:
- Proof of current address cannot be provided
- Proof of address for the last five years cannot be provided
- We are not granted permission to carry out a credit check
- Credit rating is not satisfactory
- All guests and visitors are expected to comply with any reasonable requests from South Farm Management and to comply with any Health & Safety requirements. Abusive guests will not be tolerated and shall be asked to leave.
