If you wish to have canapés at your drinks reception, we would recommend providing three or four canapés per person if you are having a three course menu or up to six if you are having a two course menu. Alternatively, if your menu option includes a starter, you can exchange this for five canapés instead served during your drinks reception.

Our Antipasti canapé selection is a real treat. Served on platters, on a table during your drinks reception, with side plates, cocktail sticks and napkins. The Chef’s selection consists of: Smoked Coppa Salami, Prosciutto, Finocchiona Salami (with fennel), Kalamata Olives, Manchego, Balsamic Onions, Stuffed Rodeo Peppers with Cheese. Courgette Fritti with preserved Lemon Mayo will be added to this menu as a complimentary item when in season (June-Sept) ! Gluten free and vegetarian options available on request
