If you are flexible on which day you choose to get married you get the same exclusive venue, the same meticulous service, the same five star standards of food and drink and all you need to do is ask close friends and family to come to our beautiful farm venue on a weekday! We streamline the planning and arrangements and discount our overheads which means we are able to offer exceptional savings while still giving you the wedding day of your dreams. And while we plan your big day you can sit back and think what you can use the savings for – maybe that honeymoon you always wanted!

Conditions
- Maximum 100 day guests
- Evening guests are not included but can be added (cost detailed above) however the number of evening guests cannot exceed the number of day guests
- Buffet choices to include vegetarian option if required
- Children to eat from the buffet
- It is your responsibility to book the Registrar for the ceremony (Cambridgeshire Registrars)
- Summer House Ceremonies can be conducted between March and October at the discretion of the Registrars on the day
- Timings for packages are based around a 2pm ceremony for Winter weddings (GMT) and a 3pm ceremony for Summer weddings (British Summer Time)
Packages are available Monday – Wednesday excluding bank holidays up to a maximum of 100 day guests. Packages do not include menu tasting (these are included in bespoke weddings only). The prices for our packages increase on a quarterly basis rather than the annual basis previously used. Please see the table below for details of the quarterly price increases.
Quarterly Price Increases
Due to the rate of inflation being much higher than in recent years we have decided to apply inflationary price increases on a quarterly basis going forwards (rather than an annual basis). We feel this is a fairer than simply applying an increase by calendar year as it more accurately reflects the cost increases we are likely to face at any given point in time but they still remain significantly lower than the current projected rate of inflation going forward.

Prices for 2026 are not yet fixed but enquiries are welcome and once you have visited South Farm we will be happy to reserve a 2026 date on a provisional basis for you with no obligation until our prices for that year are published.
