Our Special Mid-week Packages provide couples with excellent value for money. If you are flexible on which day you choose to get married you get the same exclusive Hertfordshire wedding venue, the same meticulous service, the same five star standards of food and drink and all you need to do is ask close friends and family to come to our beautiful farm venue on a weekday! And let’s be honest they all really love you so it won’t be a problem and they will be giving your the best wedding day ever! We streamline the planning and arrangements and discount our overheads which means we are able to offer exceptional savings while still giving you the wedding day of your dreams. And while we plan your big day you can sit back and think what you can use the savings for – maybe that honeymoon you always wanted!

Additional extras or upgrades such as canapés or drinks can be added and are charged at our standard rate.

Conditions
- Maximum 100 day guests
- On mid-week packages evening guests are not included but can be added (cost detailed above) however the number of evening guests cannot exceed the number of day guests
- Buffet choices to include vegetarian option if required
- Children to eat from the buffet when booking our Buffet Package or Twilight Package, and from our Children’s Menu when booking our Formal Package
- It is your responsibility to book the Registrar for the ceremony (Cambridgeshire Registrars)
- For mid-week packages summer House Ceremonies can be conducted between March and October at the discretion of the Registrars on the day
- Timings for mid-week packages are based around a 2pm ceremony for Winter weddings (GMT) and a 3pm ceremony for Summer weddings (British Summer Time). Twilight Packages are based around a 5pm ceromony.
Buffet Packages are available Monday – Wednesday
Formal Packages are available Monday – Thursday
Excluding bank holidays up to a maximum of 100 day guests. Packages are not available between Christmas and New Year. Packages do not include a menu tasting.
Prices apply to current bookings, until 31st December 2026. All bookings for 2027 are subject to an inflationary increase of 4% All bookings for 2028 are subject to an inflationary increase of 7%.
