Back by popular demand! We are holding a special fundraiser event on Friday 10th February 2023 to give our past couples and friends the opportunity to come back and dine with us while raising money for The British Red Cross Ukraine Crisis Appeal
The Evening will comprise of:
An Arrival Drink in the Old Dairy

Three Course Sit Down Meal in the Tudor Barn (multi choice menu below)
A glass of Wine per person with the Meal (bar will be open)
After Dinner Tea & Coffee & Petit Fours
Evening Nibbles – Cheeseboard & Accompaniments
Silent Auction
Disco with Titan Roadshow in the Horse Barn
Fun Photo Booth
Arrival Time 7pm & Departure Time 12am midnight
Tickets are £90 per person. We will be serving a pre-selected Multi-Choice Menu
£20 from each ticket sold & 20% of the evening bar sales will go directly to the British Red Cross Ukraine Appeal along with silent auction proceeds and any donations you wish make on the evening!
We are offering tickets at £90 per person or the option to book a whole table! Tables can seat between 8 & 12 people – smaller numbers will be on mixed tables. Imagine recreating your wedding day Top Table or having a wonderful celebration with friends!
For our South Farm married couples joining us we are inviting you to ‘Dare to Wear’ your wedding outfits on the evening – those that do will be treated to a bottle of bubbly!
Please email emily@south-farm.co.uk with your full names to book your space now, spaces are available on a first come first served basis, full payment will be required over the phone upon confirmation. Please let us know upon booking if you have any dietary requirements that we need to be aware of.
B&B Accommodation is available at standard rates on a first come, first served basis
Please note, if we do not meet the minimum number requirements of 60 guests for this event we reserve the right to withdraw the event and a full refund will be given. If we do sell out we will certainly consider holding another evening.
