February has been a stunning month full of sunshine and beautiful early blooms. Our Winter Aconites and colourful crocuses have been popping up in the garden and looking so pretty.
Our newly landscaped Garden Terrace is looking wonderful and gives our wedding guests improved access from the farmhouse and to the garden bar and a larger space for outdoor drinks receptions. We have had some mild and sunny days in February and our wedding guests have already taken advantage of the newly designed terrace for outdoor drinks receptions in the sunshine!

We also loved welcoming so many guests to our Open House Event. The sun shone all day and it was brilliant to meet all our visitors and hear all about your wedding plans.
February also brings our Menu Tasting Events! We host these twice a year during February and November and welcome our booked couples over three successive evenings to join us and enjoy an evening full of food and wine! We hope all our guests enjoyed the evenings as much as we did and they were helpful in making those all-important wedding menu choices!
Meanwhile, on the farm, we are busy growing lots of lovely produce for use in your wedding menus. We are so proud to have our own small-holding where we organically grow over 200 different varieties of fruit, vegetables and herbs which our chefs use in our seasonal wedding menus.
