South Farm Open Evening September 2016

The weather was glorious and it was lovely to see our guests enjoying themselves and exploring our beautiful barns and gardens in the sunshine. Our Event Team were on hand to chat to couples about their plans for their special day and to answer questions. Our waiting staff served homemade ice-cream to delighted guests and our team of talented chefs created delicious canapes for guests to sample and enjoy throughout the evening.

We were thrilled to host a number of our favourite suppliers as well.  Guests were expertly greeted by our favourite Master of Ceremonies, Chris Jennings.  Lee Smith wowed our guests with his clever magic and visitors were treated to the lovely sounds of guitarist Martin Newnham in the garden.

In our stunning Tudor Barn the top table was set for a wedding breakfast and stylishly decorated by Wit and Wisdom Event Stylists. In the Horse Barn DJ Gary from Titan Roadshow entertained our guests and Alison from Wildwood Floral Creations provided beautiful and creative floral decorations throughout the venue.

From the courtyard guests were able to hop on a golf buggy or our tuk tuk for a ride around the farm taking in views of the smallholding and our many rare-breed animals.

Stephanie from Safe and Sound was on hand to give guests information about event crèches and was joined in the Granary by Andrew from Boutique Booths who entertained guests with his photo booth and array of props.

Ria Mishaal beautifully captured the evening for us with a wonderful collection of photographs and Martin from Special Occasions Video was also on hand chatting to guests and put together some lovely footage of the evening.  For the first time Orbital Filming also joined us and took some amazing aerial shots of the venue.
