We pride ourselves on our food here at South Farm and we have very good reason to be especially proud! Earlier this month our Head Chef, Vlad and Sous Chef, Hannah competed at the prestigious International Salon Culinaire at the Excel centre in London, both winning awards in their chosen categories!
Hannah cooked a Dark Chocolate & Orange Mousse on an Orange Shortbread with Ginger and Lemon Poached Pears and Hazlenut Praline and Honey Cream.
