Choose from our range of Evening Food options to suit your guest numbers, budget and style. All of our evening food choices are fairly informal and our chefs will slice and serve your wedding cake with any of the options if you wish. As a simple rule if you have evening only guests the evening finger buffet is our most substantial option however if you prefer one of our other options that’s no problem and we are happy to guide you on quantities to suit your guests numbers.

The Evening Buffet comprises of:
French bread, butter, three cheeseboard (Stilton, Brie & Mature Cheddar), crackers, homemade chutney, grapes, celery, hummous & crudités.
Plus your choice of any seven savoury items from the following:
- Warm Mini Tartlets – Smoked Haddock & Mature Cheddar, Chicken & Chorizo or Mediterranean Vegetable & Pesto (V) (1 filling = 1 item)
- Lebanese Lamb Filo Parcels with a Raita dip

Hog Roast Rolls
Our delicious Hog Roast uses outstanding rare breed, free range grass fed pigs. The flavour is fantastic and the texture will melt in your mouth. We spit roast the pork, basting throughout to achieve the very best golden crackling! The Chef carves in front of the guests as we serve and guests can choose their favourite sauces and salads. There is a minimum of 100, however we can provide Hog Rolls using joints, rather than the spit roasted Hog, for lower numbers or if you prefer not to have the Hog on display
